A Summer to Remember – Ana Maria Island, Florida + Disney World

Some moments in life are beautifully overwhelming in the reality of “the present”. This summer brought those moments. When I look at these photos, I feel a heart squeezing longing to return to these places with these people. It’s moments like these when everything feels right. Everyone together in one place. Everyone is young. Even me. Our children laughing and crying…reaching out for mommy and daddy. Still needing us to brush their hair and rub in their sunscreen. My momma with us, a steady confidence that things will work out. A house shared with best friends – people we can relax with, parent with, go deep with, without second thought. Our trip to Florida was an absolute dream. One I return to often, day and night, and will for all of my years.
